FAQs

1What would my kids need to join the Online Classes?
To join their online classes, your kids would need a smart device with the Zoom application installed. This device could be a laptop, tablet/IPAD or a smart phone. They would also need a stable internet connection and a quiet space in your home conducive for learning.
2How many times in a week would my kids be able to join the classes?
For the Group Classes, your kids would join their classes once a week (on Saturdays by 4 p.m WAT). For the One-on-One Classes, you get to decide the days and time when the classes will hold.
3I’m worried, won’t the classes clash with regular school classes?
Group classes are scheduled to hold on Saturdays while you can schedule the One-on-One Classes to hold outside your child’s regular school hours.
4Through which platform are the Online Classes delivered?
The classes are delivered online via zoom.
5What if my child has no prior exposure to French?
We have different classes available (Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced). Based on the information you provide to us, we would assign your child to the appropriate class that would suit his/her learning needs.
6Can an adult also join the classes?

7How many participants per class for the group classes?
Our Group classes are set not to exceed a class limit of 10-15 participants.
8I have more than one child, Can they all join the French Classes?
Absolutely! All your children can join the French classes. We have siblings’ discounts available for parents who register more than one child.
9How do I ensure that my children are really learning?
We send manuals and video resources to you at the end of every class that cover what was taught in the class. We also send online quizzes for the children to complete at the end of every class. We would also send you a report at the end of every month to help you check your child’s progress.
10What happens if my child misses a class?
We encourage parents to ensure that their children attend all classes. If your child is enrolled for our Group Classes, the resources sent after the classes would help him/her revise what was missed if he/she doesn’t attend a class. If your child is enrolled for our One-on-One classes, we encourage you to notify us at least 24 hours earlier, if your child would not be available for a class to enable us to reschedule the class.
11How long will it take before my child becomes fluent at speaking French?
This depends on your commitment to ensure that your child attends all classes and completes all class activities assigned. Our curriculum is designed to enable your child to communicate in French after the first few classes. We recommend that the kids continue taking their classes until they become fluent at speaking French.
12How many classes will my children be able to take every month?
For the group classes, your child gets to attend 4 classes every month. For the One-on-One Classes, your child would also get to attend 4 classes for ₦ 12,000 monthly. Additional classes are available on request at an added cost.
13Are the French Classes continuous?
Our Group classes consist of three Modules after which it is recommended that the kids continue with One-on-One classes. Our One-on-One Classes are continuous and you can keep on learning for as long as you want!
14My child is less than 5 years, would he really benefit from the classes?
Absolutely! Our French classes are effective for kids of all ages. Our expert French tutors have been trained to make the classes fun and interactive for the kids. We also teach the kids with age-appropriate resources that ensure that learning takes place.
15Are there different levels or are all the kids beginners?
There are three classes: the beginners, intermediate and advanced classes. The kids are assigned to classes based on their previous level of exposure to the language.
16Will all the kids of different ages be placed in the same class?
Definitely not. The kids are assigned to classes based on their ages.
17What if I want my kids to take more than one class in a week?
This is very possible. Additional classes are available based on request at an added cost.
18From what age can my child join the classes?
Our French classes are open to kids of all ages. Your kids would be assigned to a class appropriate for their age groups. We, however, require that kids below 5 years have an adult nearby during the classes in the event that the French tutor needs to pass some important information across.
19What Happens After I Pay?
We would send you the class link, schedule, checklist and other important information about your classes. For the one-on-one classes, we would confirm your preferred days and time for the classes and then assign one of our expert French tutors to work with you.
